Too much of a break and Day 10 of the lockdown workout challenge was an utter nightmare, but we got through it. Read for a full idea of the routine.
It took a few attempts before I cleared Day 9 of my 21-Day Lockdown Workout Challenge but I got past it eventually. Here’s a quick update of the session.
