How Did Emilio Ballack Die?

Former Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Bayer 04 Leverkusen and Germany mid-fielder Michael Ballack is arguably one of the best mid-fielders to have emerged from the country over the decades. On the personal front, the now 44-year old was married to Simone Lambe for a short while and his current partner since 2015 is Natacha Tannous.

While the player has enjoyed many accolades on the field, away from the field he had three sons in Louis Ballack, Emilio Ballack, and Jordi Ballack, born in 2001, 2002 and 2005 respectively. He had all three children with his ex-wife Simone and today, we’re here to talk about an unfortunate event that happened with Michael’s second son Emilio Ballack passing away at the age of 18 years only.

Because of the uneven land, the vehicle is said to have rolled over backwards and fallen on top of Emilio. As per reports, firefighters rushed to the scene to get him out of the wreck and later, medics arrived and tried to revive him as well. However, the crash was fatal, with Emilio been announced as dead at the scene of the accident itself.

His body was then taken to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for a post-mortem and the former Champions League inner Michael Ballack is yet to have made an official comment on the same. Losing a child tragically is not something anyone would want to go through and we wish Michael and his family the strength and courage to get through these tough times.
