Between 27 Aug – 11 Sep 2022, the Asia Cup 2022 has been scheduled, this time shifted to be played in the UAE after it had to be moved out of Sri Lanka due to the crisis situation taking place there right now. A total of six teams will take part in the competition including the initially qualified Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
