Aley is the only person in WBBL history so far, to end at the top of the wicket-takers charts on two occasions, which she did during two successive WBBL seasons of 2016/17 and 2017/18. In two seasons, the top spot was tied but the official winner of the most wickets for the season goes to the bowler who has played a less number of matches.
