He’s one of the most loved Australian bowlers right now, in his home country as well as in leagues like the Indian Premier League (IPL). We’re talking about Kolkata Knight Riders pacer and Australia Test captain Pat Cummins who is in the news this morning for finally tying the knot with his long-term girlfriend and fiancee.
He got engaged to his then girlfriend Becky Boston in June 2020 and since then, the couple even welcome their first child in October 2021, called Albie. He got married to her yesterday on Saturday, July 30 2022, at Byron Bay (New South Wales) in a glamourous ceremony. It took place at the Chateau Du Soleil, a French-inspired destination.

Becky is originally from England and while Australia and England are pure rivals in the sport of cricket, it’s clear that there are no such boundaries when it comes to love. They met in 2013 and have been together for many years, so this marriage was definitely on the cards for a while now. A lot of friends and family were present at the wedding ceremony.
Among his teammates present at the venue were off-spinner Nathan Lyon, former captain Tim Paine, Mitchell Starc, Andrew McDonald, Travis Head, Josh Hazelwood, and others were also present. Their 9-month old son Albie was present and with a few guests at the time that the couple took their vows.

The 29-year old pacer was dressed in a white shirt and black tuxedo while the 31-year old Becky was dressed in a white gown. Comedian Andy Lee and his girlfriend Bec Harding were among some of the guests at the star-studded ceremony. The venue is a pretty expensive one, where guests usually have to pay $7,000 per night and the property offers panoramic views of the ocean too.
While there were some brilliant pictures of the guests that arrived, we’re still to find good ones of the couple itself. They’ve been in love for many years and they decided that now was the perfect time to say ‘I do’ amidst their friends and family. The venue is famous because Hollywood star Matt Damon is said to have stayed here during his Covid-19 isolation time.

Soon after the wedding ceremony, Becky and Pat decided to fly back home and she even posted a story of the later carrying their son in the plane with caption, ‘Albie’s tenth flight in ten months’. While they’ve been together for a while now, it’s the start of a new life together for them and we wish them the best of luck for it.
