It means they will play with an all-Australian team by either bringing in Wes Agar or a like-for-like replacement in leg-spinner, Fawad Ahmed. With only 38 runs in his last three games, Kurtis Patterson has been out of touch and won’t be in many fantasy teams today but he has three fifties in the season and is one of the more talented batters in the lineup so we won’t leave him out. Ever since Mitchell Marsh was picked for the Ashes 2021/22 squad, Laurie Evans has been able to bring out his A-game higher up the order with a sublime match-winning knock in the last game, and we wouldn’t even mind seeing him open the batting.
