It’s all boiled down to the final three games of the ICC 2022 T20 World Cup. The best four teams of the tournament have toiled hard to get to this stage and in Semi Final 1, the very familiar team in New Zealand is here again, like they were last year too. In the game against Bangladesh, Shadab Khan picked up 2 wickets in 2 balls and in the game before that against South Africa too, he got 2 scalps in 3 balls, changing the course of the game in both matches. Struggling prior to the last game with only 4 wickets in 3 games, a 4-fer against Bangladesh would boost Shaheen Shah Afridi’s confidence and that’s why we’re picking him as well.
