Tanzania is touring Zimbabwe for a series of 6 T20s against domestic side Mid West Rhinos and so far, it’s been a low scoring contest so far. In fact, after a few games having a 130-odd run par score, the 4th T20 saw Tanzania putting up 150/9 which was the highest score of the series so far, but Rhinos went on to chase it and register a 4-wicket victory, with 2 overs to spare.

Mid West Rhinos
The first person I’d like to pick is Tarisai Musakanda because of all his international experience and because he scored 108 in a recent FC game as well. However, he’s been below par in this tournament with 3, 10, 31 and 20 in 4 games so far. Along with him, we have bowler Brandon Mavuta who has had recent international experience and in two games here, he’s been good with 1/21 and 3/29 so far.
Trevor Chibvongodze at the top order hasn’t been able to produce the best results but I’ll keep picking him in my MWR vs TAN fantasy team because he has been thrown the ball regularly and can get points with either bat or ball. After a few good games, Trevor Gwandu was left out of the side and one worthy replacement I can think of is Wallace Mubaiwa who opened the bowling and picked 3 scalps in the last game.

After scores of 2, 19, 12 in the first 3 games, Jitin Pratap Singh was poor and was dropped from the side. picked in your PlayerzPot (Use Code “READ1234”) fantasy team. Instead, pick opener Jatin Darji who has been much more consistent through the series while his opening partner Abhik Patwa has also been good, although almost always being second best. He scored 29 in the 4th T20 against Rhinos.
A good choice for your fantasy side captain or vice-captain is Riziki Kiseto who has scores of 1, 15, 0, 13 so far, but he managed a wicket in all three games before going for 0/45 in the 4th T20. I’d suggest picking him as vice-captain because your captain can come from the stronger team. Harsheed Chohan can also be a good bowling pick, ending with 2/9 in 2 overs in the 4th T20 yesterday.
