It’s the 2022 South Africa tour of India and it’s been a very dominant performance by the home team so far. The two players who will be on as reserves for the 2022 T20 World Cup are Shreyas Iyer with the bat and Deepak Chahar with the ball. Additionally, his 31(17) showed once again how handy he is with the bat too. Shikhar Dhawan will lead the side.
Rajat Patidar and Rahul Tripathi are two players who will be waiting to get an ODI debut cap but considering it’s the first game of the series and that India has quite a few middle order options in Iyer, Sanju Samson and more, we don’t think either will get a chance today. We expect Ravi Bishnoi to shine with the ball at a ground where spinners have flourished in the 3 previous ODIs here played between WI and Afghanistan.

Like we mentioned about the spin dominance, we’d expect Tabraiz Shamsi to get a spot in the side over Keshav Maharaj as the latter doesn’t really turn the ball much. Having said that, there could be a few overs of spin being bowled by batter Aiden Markram so he can also make your IND vs SA Dream11 team. Markram has played well on Indian pitches before, and is also a good fantasy captain option today.
