Even though he’s been struggling with fitness in the last couple of games and may not bowl a lot, Hardik Pandya has looked very mature with the bat and has been scoring runs in almost every game, so he’s the first person we’re picking in our GT vs SRH fantasy team. Abhinav Manohar is also someone we’ve seen bring out the massive shots in the domestic circuit and if given some time in the middle, he can replicate it here as well.
With the ball, Lockie Ferguson has been winning the fastest ball of the match award in almost every game and he has pace that disturbs at least the Indian batsmen, if not all of them. He bowls early as well as in the death overs, so we’re picking him in our GT vs SRH Dream11 team. Playing against his former franchise, Rashid Khan will be wanting to prove a point or two, so he’s worth adding even though he didn’t do well in the reverse fixture.
Sunrisers Hyderabad
Bowling to Gujarat’s Shubman Gill, Bhuvneshwar Kumar has got two dismissals and only 32 runs off 37 balls so we think the latter will have a slight edge and he may continue to prove his dominance over Gill in today’s IPL 2022 clash. Washington Sundar is ‘not going to be rushed’ back into the side after missing three games which means they’re likely to play the same team with J Suchith as his replacement with the ball.
