With the ball, Jofra Archer has quietly crept up to being their highest wicket-taker with 16 wickets in 8 games and picking him is a safe bet.

I’m going to pick all of the top three batsmen in the English line-up with Jonny Bairstow having 356 runs in 8 games including 111 against India in the last game. He should be your wicket-keeper pick. Next, we have Jason Roy who has 281 runs in 5 ODIs and he has come into this World Cup with some blistering form, including 3 fifties and a century in CWC 2019. Joe Root is the safest selection with 476 runs in the tournament so far.

New Zealand

I’m going with 4 bowlers in this game as you can’t ignore the success Lockie Ferguson and Trent Boult have been having, with 17 and 13 wickets each. Boult has come into his own in the last couple of games and is potentially the more dangerous bowler among the two.
