England’s Tom Banton is listed in the squad but he’s likely to be playing in the BBL in Australia.
Naveen-ul-Haq enjoyed his time here last season with 8 scalps in 5 games and now with more experienced and an improved bowling action, he’ll be better in LPL 2021. Showing some brilliant hitting ability as well as smart bowling, the very experienced David Wiese was brilliant in the recent Abu Dhabi T10 League and he makes our CS vs GG Dream11 team. Lakshan Sandakan and Dushmantha Chameera are good genuine bowling options for you.
Galle Gladiators
We were most impressed with the captain Bhanuka Rajapaksa who scored a match-winning fifty in the opening game of LPL 2021 against Jaffna, following up a good series at the Abu Dhabi T10 League. He makes our team while we’re leaving out Kusal Mendis, as he’s not played a lot of cricket after his ban in England. Professor Mohammad Hafeez scored a few runs and importantly got wickets and had 16 dot balls in his 4 overs, so can’t be left out.
