The Barbados Cricket Association (BCA) launched a new T10 tournament towards the end of 2022 called the Barbados T10, featuring some of the most talented and hardest hitting cricketers from the island nation. They hosted a very successful inaugural season in December 2022 and because of its success, they returned with BIM 10 2023/24 the following year as well.
The tournament features quite a few regional players who have played in the Caribbean Premier League and some who have even played for the West Indies. Quite a few retired international players are also a part of the setup and the Barbados T10 has become a very entertaining tournament to look out for, launching the second edition from 27 Dec 2023 onwards.
The first ever season took place between 5-22 Dec 2022, with the six participating teams being the Warriors, Guardians, Titans, Settlers, Pelicans, and Voyagers. The first Barbados T10 winners turned out to be Settlers as they beat Guardians in a hard fought final in 2022, winning by a narrow margin of 5 runs after they put up 103 in their 10 overs batting first in the final.

Interestingly, Settlers didn’t even top the points table but they finished in fourth place with 6 wins in 9 games. They worked their way through the playoffs to win the first edition and here on this page, we’ve put up a complete Barbados T10 winners list, updated 4th January 2024, during the second edition of the tournament taking place at the Desmond Haynes Oval in Bridgetown:

Individually, Kevin Wickham was the hero with the bat in the BIM 10 2022 final, where he scored nearly half of the team’s total with 45(21). On the other hand, Raymond Bynoe did well with the ball to pick up 3/20 in his quota of 2 overs to secure a 5-run victory for the Settlers. They went into the Barbados T10 Season 2 in Bridgetown as defending champions.
The same teams featured in the 2023-24 Barbados T10 season, with many big names involved like Dwayne Smith, Carlos Brathwaite, Aaron Jones, Raymon Reifer, Jonathan Carter, and many others. The tournament is longer this time, spanning 20 days and we’re expecting the same level of action, with big scores, lots of wickets, and electric fielding once again.
So far, the Barbados T10 has a very short history, so there’s not much to see in our Barbados T10 winners list right now.
