We all love T20 cricket and of course, we love the big hitting and gigantic sixes that come with this format of the game. It’s always been known as a format that favours the batsmen and that’s why, you’ll see batsmen usually winning the bigger contracts in T20 franchise leagues. Similarly, everyone loves the big hitters and top run scorers in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) as well.
The first edition was CPL 2013 and in that tournament, we didn’t see a single century, with Shoaib Malik’s 78 being the highest individual score that season. However, there have been at least one century in every edition since CPL 2014. Here on this page, we’ve listed down a complete CPL centuries list from start till date, scored season on season. Complete CPL centuries list
After no triple-figure scores by batsmen in CPL 2013, the show began in CPL 2014 and it was no one better than Chris Gayle to kick start the CPL centuries list with his 111* against St Lucia Zouks. After him, it took five more CPL centuries before we saw the first overseas player to score a ton in this tournament, and that was New Zealand’s Colin Munro, both of who are among the top CPL run scorers of all-time.

Gayle also jointly holds the record for the most number of entries in this CPL centuries list. He scored as many as 4 centuries (all for Jamaica Tallawahs) through his CPL career but he isn’t the only person to do so. Dwayne Smith got there before him and they share this CPL centuries record till date (updated as of 23rd September 2023), with Smith scoring all his four tons for Barbados Tridents.

At the time of our last update on this page before the CPL 2023 final, a total of 28 centuries were scored in CPL history and from these, we had as many as 18 unique centurions in this league. Until CPL 2021, the only team that hadn’t got an entry into the CPL centuries list was St Kitts & Nevis Patriots but Evin Lewis took care of that and ensured he got their account opened in this CPL T20 centuries list.

Among all these centurions, the highest individual score in CPL history so far came in CPL 2019 when Brandon King got to 132(72)* and he’s been one consistent player in the league over the last 3-4 seasons. We’re sure that King will also make multiple entries into this Caribbean T20 centuries list and you can always come back here to check this updated list as well.
