She has a blessed voice and the ability to create music that more often than not, ends at the top of charts around the world. Apart from that, the singer has a massive fan following across social media platforms which of course, includes Twitter.
The 30-year old has a massive 86-million following on Twitter which is only behind Barack Obama, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Rihanna in terms of the most followed celebrities on Twitter. Savage as she is, she doesn’t follow a single account on Twitter and recently, she hit headlines as one of her tweets went extremely viral across the globe.
She tweeted about US President Donald Trump about how he has supported racism right through his presidential term so far, and that he will be voted out when the re-elections come in November this year. A number of celebrities also replied to her tweet, some in support and some clearly against what she decided to speak out on social media, some even asking her to stick to music.
Regardless of what her trade is, being an American and a voter should be enough to have the right to voice out her opinion against the government and the president. There are just few months to go before the USA re-elections and it’ll be interesting to see if Trump can maintain office for another period of 4 years!
