It’s been a bit of a week for Hollywood actors and former lovers Johnny Depp and Amber Heard as their spat has turned public and court proceedings have been running for the entire world to watch as well. We’ve seen a lot of emotions from everyone present in the court room over the last few days, including both the parties involved.
And while most of these emotions have been sadness, anger, disappointment and more, there were a few light moments that had everyone laughing as well. One such moment came when Depp’s former bodyguard Malcolm Connolly was been questioned and the interrogation somehow ended up being about the actor’s genitals.

Amber Heard’s lawyer was questioning Connolly about their relationship and other aspects, when suddenly he started questioning him about Depp wanting to urinate in the foyer. The cameras immediately panned towards Depp who started giggling after the bodyguard answered a swift ‘NO’. The lawyer however was persistent and asked, “Mr. Depp had his penis out of his pants, didn’t he?”
There was an immediate objection but all focus was then on Depp and his reaction to this question being asked in the courtroom. There was also a chorus of laughter from others in the courtroom as the judge gestured towards the ‘next question’. Depp however took some time to recover from what had just happened in the court.

Another funny moment followed when the lawyer spoke about the bodyguard holding Depp and the latter breaking away from his grip. When asked if Depp was strong enough to break away, Connolly quickly replied ‘NO’ again, which was another light moment for Depp and the rest involved in the proceedings.
“I think I would remember if I’d seen Mr. Depp’s penis,” was a line from Connolly that reduced everyone to laughter. However, on a more serious note, he revealed that the early days of the relationship between the two was ‘lovey-dovey’. What followed was Heard beginning to ‘wear the pants’ in their relationship.

The situation in question was about something that happened in the foyer of the couple’s home in Australia during an argument in 2015. The lawyers have been relentless and we’re seeing a lot of new developments in the Depp-Heard defamation case, which is only seeming to take more and more ugly turns every day!
For those who don’t know about what’s happening, the 58-year old Pirates of the Caribbean Actor, Depp, is suing his ex-wife Heard, 36 years old, in Fairfax, Virginia, for $50 million. This is because of a 2018 op-ed she wrote for The Washington Post about domestic violence. Heard then countersued Depp for $100 million, citing her ex husband had her fired from Aquaman and as a L’Oreal spokesperson.
