What followed was plenty of backlash from Virat Kohli fans and admirers across the world. He was abused on his Instagram account for taking a hit at Kohli, and the fans even abused his mother and sister. We don’t encourage this kind of behaviour, but Vaidya could’ve condemned the behaviour of the fans. Instead, he decided to take another shot at the cricket superstar.

He put up another story saying, “Virat Kohli’s fans are even bigger jokers than Virat” and ended it with a clown emoji. Here’s where he got abused even further, because in all fairness, who is he to call a national superstar a ‘joker’ just to gain some cheap popularity himself. Again, we don’t think abuse is the right way forward, but why take a shot at Virat for this?
He further said that Virat Kohli has blocked him on Instagram after this episode and took another jab at the RCB batter, saying Instagram may have blocked him. ‘2 kaudi ke jokers’ is what he called Virat Kohli fans in another follow up story, blowing this Rahul Vaidya Virat Kohli controversy totally out of proportion.
