Day 2 of Gujarat League and two amazing games of Kabaddi were played tonight. The Telugu Titans bad run this season continues as UP Yoddha’s defeat them with 7 points difference. On the other hand home team Gujaratgiants are doing exceptionally to protect their debut fortress,
First game was played between UP Yoddha who have just lost a game out of 3 and Telugu titans who have lost 5 out of 7. A very paced first half where Yoddha’s were leading with just a point and the score at the end was 20th minute was 13 – 14.
The second half was also very competitive until a super raid by Nititn Tomar which widen the gap and Rishank Devadiga who helped Nitin to maintain it. Rahul Chaudhary again was fighting a lone battle and Titans defense not working upto the expectation. Rahul and Nitin completed their Super 10 in today’s game. The final score was Telugu Titans 32 – 39 UP Yoddha.
The next game was played between the home team Gujarat Fortunegiants and Dabang Delhi KC. Delhi had a very good first game but then it there some seems to be something missing from the team, Out of 5 they lost 3 and a game was drawn. Gujarat thrashed U Mumba last night with a huge margin and were very high in confidence today.
A slow start to the first half and both team played really well to counterfeit each others strategy. At the end of first half the score was 10 – 10, both team had a bright chance of winning. A 4 points super raid from Dabang Delhi captain Meraj Sheykh change the course of the game with Delhi becoming the favorite to win this game.
Sachin the young raider who stunned U Mumba last night with his raiding skills last night again showed why his team believed in him by overtaking the difference in the last few minutes along with Rohit Gullia. The final score was Gujarat Fortunegianst 29 – 25 Dabang Delhi KC
