The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) introduced the Women’s Asia Cup all the way back in 2004. Since then, there have been many changes like going from two participating teams in the first edition to as many as 8 participants in the 2024 Women’s Asia Cup. Similarly, the format also changed from ODI to T20 ever since the 2012 edition of the competition.
On this page, we’re going to look at all the individual centuries scored in the Women’s Asia Cup thus far, from 2004 till date. At the time of our last update, 3 (three) centuries were scored in this tournament, all of which came in the Women’s Asia Cup ODI format, and none yet scored in the shorter version of the game. Keep reading for all details below.
Further, each and every Women’s Asia Cup century has been scored by Indian batters, and no other country has registered a 3-digit score as yet, individually. These performances and stats have led to the sheer dominance shown by India Women in this tournament; we don’t expect a flurry of Women’s Asia Cup centuries going ahead considering it’s the 20-over format now.

The first entry in the Women’s Asia Cup centuries list was Jaya Sharma who scored 138(150)* in the second edition of the tournament (2005-06) against Pakistan Women. See below for our Women’s Asia Cup all centuries list, last updated 17th July 2024, at the start of the Women’s Asia Cup 2024 edition:
Women’s Asia Cup centuries list
Sr. | Name | Team | Date | Score |
1 | Jaya Sharma | India Women | 30 Dec 2005 | 138(150)* |
2 | Mithali Raj | India Women | 04 Jan 2006 | 108(121)* |
3 | Mithali Raj (2) | India Women | 02 May 2008 | 109(92)* |
4 | TBD | TBD | TBD | TBD |
5 | TBD | TBD | TBD | TBD |
That century by Jaya Sharma remains the Women’s Asia Cup highest score till date, and we don’t see that being surpassed anytime soon. Mithali Raj who is the competition’s top scorer till date, scored the next two Women’s Asia Cup centuries, and all three occasions saw the batters ending with unbeaten knocks.
Raj remains the only player to have multiple Women’s Asia Cup centuries and her legacy in this tournament will carry on for a few more years at the least. All three centuries came when the Indian side was batting first, and they ended up winning all three with handsome margins as well. See more on that Jaya Sharma century in 2005:
