It’s time!
Because of the scarcity of cricketing events taking place across the world, Read Scoops decided to launch the Quarantine Premier League 2020 wherein 6 teams are pitted against each other in Cricket 19 on PlayStation 4 Pro, and the top team will go on to take home all the honours and glory.
In Match 1 of the tournament, we have Corona Crushers playing Virus Vigilantes and the opening game is going to be an AI vs AI game, in this 20-over a side tournament. Sitting at home during the lockdown is going to be much more fun than we originally expected. Both teams have a mix of Aussies and Englishmen, who are used to gunning for each other’s blood usually!
England opening batsman Keaton Jennings hasn’t been a regular part of the national side since his debut recently. So, we decided to let him become captain of the Corona Crushers while we’ve selected Australia former batsman Cameron White as the captain of the Virus Vigilantes! Sounds fun?!
The Match 1 stream begins at 8:45pm on 26th March and it’s set to be a thriller.
