While the game of cricket has been getting more and more competitive over the years, it’s important that our top cricketers always remember to enjoy the game too. And that’s why we all love seeing former Team India captain Virat Kohli because regardless of his form and runs, he always seems to be enjoying his game, whether batting, bowling, or fielding.
Currently, the 2021/22 India tour of England is underway, completing the Test series and then playing the limited overs segment of the tour as well. The teams are tied 1-1 ahead of the third and final ODI which is the deciding game and before the game, we saw Kohli having a bit of a light moment on the ground during a training session.
Virat Kohli dancing ahead of 3rd ODI
There’s so much of criticism over Kohli’s form right now and this England tour hasn’t helped him too much either, not managing to get a single 50+ score in five innings here so far, including the Test match, two T20Is and one ODI. Here’s one last chance for him to get some runs under his belt before the team leaves from England.
And while we’re all bothered about Kohli’s form and his lack of a century since the last two and a half years, he’s in a mood of his own. He seems to be enjoying times with his family, a short holiday here and there, and some fun moments on the ground as well. Earlier in this tour, he was seen dancing the bhangra near the boundary rope during a game, and now he was spotted doing another dance before the 3rd ODI.

As the team was busy doing some training routines, Kohli was spotted by a camera doing a short jig. He was in his training kit and sipping on a bottle of water while also doing a small dance. Everything King Kohli does seems to make news and even a few seconds of dancing seems to be causing headlines, as his dance is all over social media right now as well.
He missed the 1st ODI and scored 16 runs in the 2nd ODI, and getting scores of 1 and 11 in the two T20 internationals he played on this tour. In the Test match, he scored 11 and 20, and his form is becoming a major matter of concern. Remember, we’re just a few months away from the 2022 T20 World Cup and it would break millions of hearts to see him not making that squad to Australia.

So here’s us hoping to see some runs from Kohli in the 3rd ODI, just to reassure people that he’s still one of the best in the world, and is just going through a rough patch. The 3rd ODI begins at 3:30pm IST on 17th July 2022. For similar cricket and other sports news from around the world, stay tuned to ReadScoops.com…
