Below the Indian Premier League (IPL) in India is the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy which is the country’s leading T20 domestic competition, since its inception almost two decades ago from now. Over the years, some of the players who have performed here have bagged IPL contracts and some even catapulted into the Indian white-ball national squads.
Clearly, that shows the importance of this tournament in the domestic circuit in India. The first edition of the tournament was the SMAT 2006/07 edition and the fireworks with the bat began from the first season itself. Several batsmen have got to three figures in this tournament so here on this page, we’ve listed down a complete Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy centuries list.
In the history of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy tournament, we’ve seen as many as 66 individual centuries (updated 22nd October 2023), with totally 56 unique centurions and a few players who’ve gone on to make multiple entries in this Syed Mushtaq Ali centuries list over the years. We saw only one century in the first edition and only one followed in the next five years, before regular SMAT centuries became a norm.
