Legends League Cricket (LLC) Centuries List

Legends League Cricket (LLC) T20 has been super popular ever since the first edition of this franchise league took place in 2022. Players from across India, Asia and the rest of the world take place in this retired cricketers’ league and it takes all of us down memory lane, seeing some of our favourite players of the yesteryear in action.

Now there’s nothing in T20 cricket if not big hitting and boundaries and sixes. That’s why we’re taking time out here to list down some of the best knocks in the Legends League Cricket history. We’re talking about every century that has been scored in LLC T20 history, including the usual LLC franchise tournament as well as the LLC Masters event, which has completed a couple of seasons too.

LLC T20 centuries list

The first edition of LLC T20 took place in Oman followed by the LLC Masters which took place for the first time in the same year. The first edition had a single century while LLC Season 2 in India had two centuries during the length of the series. The third edition was the first one without any centuries but when LLC 2023 returned, so did the centuries at the hands of a couple of West Indian batsmen.

The first time that a batsman crossed the 100-run milestone in this tournament was in the first season when former wicket-keeper batsman Naman Ojha smashed the ball all across the ground in Jan 2022 for India Maharajas. His knock of 140(69) was not only the first LLC T20 century but it remains the highest score in the history of this tournament as well; this record is unlikely to be broken in this competition.

When we moved on to the second season, Ashley Nurse of West Indies and Kevin O’Brien from Ireland both starred in a high-scoring game, smashing hundreds for their respective teams and the Irish batter’s effort in the chase ending on the winning side of things. In the first game of LLC Masters 2023, 48-year old Misbah-ul-Haq from Pakistan almost got a century too; he smashed 2 fours and 4 sixes in an innings of 73(50). From the six LLC centuries scored till date, Nurse and van Wyk are the ones that went on to remain unbeaten in their respective 3-figure efforts. Naman Ojha’s first LLC century still remains the only century in this tournament scored by an Indian player.
