It’s always fun for viewers when there’s fun taking place in the commentary box while watching your favourite sports. Apart from commentating on the game and the action, there’s an added element of entertainment for the viewers as well. And that’s what’s happening at coverage of 2021/22 Big Bash League at this moment, with a lot of positive comments coming in on social media as well…
In particular, let’s take you to one funny moment that took place during a BBL 2021/22 game. While there are a number of former cricketers and other analysts in the broadcasting team, the one who caught everyone’s eyes here is former England women’s cricketer, Isa Guha, who played at the international level between 2001 and 2011.

She asked an innocent but definitely double-meaning question in the commentary box, where she sat alongside former Australian men’s cricketers, Kerry O’Keeffe and Adam Gilchrist. It was Kerry who was explaining about how the men with the longest middle fingers who could bowl the carrom ball, and that’s when Guha thought the time was right to make a joke.
She gave herself a second and asked Kerry, “How Big is Yours?” as the two men in the commentary box burst out laughing and Gilchrist on the other end was actually embarrassed and blushed a little. He quickly ran in to the commercial break as well after hearing Guha’s pun-intended statement. See the viral video here:
A reasonable question from @isaguha

A lot of reactions and comments were received on social media from cricketers and others. Guha herself reaction to the video saying it’s valid, for carrom ball purposes only. English cricketer Alexandra Hartley also posted a video of the same saying it was a reasonable question from Guha.
