The England tour of West Indies 2019 has been like no other in the past. While there are plenty of international tours taking place as we speak, none have been as exciting as this one in the Caribbean. The Tests were brilliant (Windies won 2-1), the ODIs were better (shared 2-2) and when least expected, England beat the T20 World Champions in the 1st T20 to take a lead in the T20 series, 1-0.
While Windies went in with an almost similar squad, England revamped theirs completely for the T20s, but it seemed to work out pretty well, as the latter registered a 4-wicket win. Now, we move to the beautiful island of St. Kitts & Nevis for the 2nd T20I between these two teams, and you can get our complete fantasy preview below…

England
Now remember, if West Indies won that last T20 World Cup, England was runner-up. They have no shortage of T20 talent and that was on display in the 1st T20I. David Willey is someone I would definitely suggest for T20 teams as he is a bustling left-arm pacer who is a floater in the batting order as well. Clean striker of the cricket ball.
Another person who is a must-have for your fantasy teams is Joe Denly, who picked up 1/28 and scored 30 in the last game. If given better opportunities, he can contribute much more and he is worthy of being made your fantasy team captain as well. If there weren’t so many options like Bairstow, Billings, Malan, etc for the opening spot, Denly would’ve fit the bill perfectly. England will be looking at playing an unchanged side for the 2nd T20, in order to win again and return to England with at least one piece of silverware.
West Indies
Obed McCoy has been called up to replace Andre Russell, but it’s highly unlikely he will find a spot in the playing eleven. Their win ratio here is flawless and they will be wanting to keep that up, even though their opponents here so far have only been Afghanistan and Bangladesh. Someone I would recommend for fantasy teams is Nicholas Pooran who scored 58(37) in the 1st T20, but I’d like to see him open the batting alongside Gayle, rather than Shai Hope at that position.
Chris Gayle and Sheldon Cottrell are two others who have been dangerous, with bat and ball respectively. The England T20 specialist bowlers like Willey and Chris Jordan may tie up Gayle and not give him much width, so I’ll drop Gayle for a couple of Windies middle-order batsmen like Shimron Hetmyer, Pooran and Darren Bravo – yes, I’m a fan of left-handed batsmen!
