Firstly, you should give international experience preference. Nazmul Hossain Shanto has played for the senior side and it’s no surprise that he’s captaining the home team here. He failed with only 8 in the opening game and we stuck with him for the 2nd ODI where he scored a fabulous 77 in a winning cause. Another player who bounced back was Yasir Ali who scored 85 after a duck in the opening game of this series.
With the ball, their medium pacers have done better than the spinners so far. Shafiqul Islam is someone you can’t ignore in your fantasy team as he is the leading wicket-taker for the hosts, with 3 wickets in one game and 2 in another. Someone else who has shown great potential in the past and even in the BPL is the young Afif Hossain. He has only 1 wicket in 2 games here and since not many will pick him, he’s a value bomb player for the 3rd ODI.
Sri Lanka Emerging Team
Always pick the consistent players and so far for Sri Lanka ET has been Wanindu Hasaranga. Having also represented the senior team, Hasaranga scored 70 and picked 4 wickets in the 1st ODI and the 2nd ODI wasn’t as good for him, picking 1/54 and scoring just 5 runs. But the all-rounder is always in the game and I don’t see how I can drop him from my fantasy team. Choosing him as captain or vice-captain is also an option.

If you thought his 71 in the 1st ODI was just a one-off knock, he followed it up with 45 in the 2nd ODI.
