With the ball, Rahul Chahar was the undoubted best in the test series which shows there’s a lot of assistance for spin here. Mayank Markande missed out in IPL 2019 because of Chahar’s good bowling, but you can pick him here. Remember, Markande had 15 wickets in IPL 2018. Another must-have player is Shivam Dubey. He had a good MPL 2019 and also scored 34 runs to go with 6 wickets in the test series. He is a good captain option for this game.
Sri Lanka A
First man on my fantasy team sheet is Niroshan Dickwella. He has the most international experience in this SL A side, also narrowly missing the WC squad. He had 187 runs in the test series and is an explosive player in the limited overs format. Along with him, you can pick Danushka Gunathilaka in your team. Also with a lot of international experience, Gunathilaka is coming off 2 first-class tons in Sri Lanka, so you know he’s in good form even though he didn’t play the tests.
With the ball, Akila Dananjaya has caused havoc and ripped through the Indian senior team in the past. He only got the solitary wicket in his solitary test but he is a must-have here. With 6 wickets in the tests, Lahiru Kumara has proven his worth and will led the pace attack for Sri Lanka A again.
