Here’s another major Indian domestic trophy which is held once a year. With 4 ODIs scheduled between 31st October and 4th November 2019, we’re expecting the 2019 Deodhar Trophy to be an exciting one. The tournament is a chance for youngster to get their ticket ti the national side and in Match 1, we have India A up against India B, with all 4 games scheduled to happen at the JSCA Stadium in Ranchi.
Hanuma Vihari, Parthiv Patel and Shubman Gill have been announced as the captains of India A, India B, and India C respectively, with other national team players in the squads too. India A will replace the Vijay Hazare Trophy winner, breaking away from what has been the tradition over the years. With the ball, pick Siddarth Kaul who also had a good season while the experienced Jaydev Unadkat had 15 wickets in that tournament.
India B
With 442 runs and 5 fifties in 10 games at Vijay Hazare, Parthiv Patel continued being as consistent as he’s been over the years and the captain is a better choice than Kishan as your fantasy team wicket-keeper. Go batting heavy in this team as they contain a few run machines like Priyank Panchal, who also got a ton and a couple of fifties recently. Aparajith had 6 fifties and a ton to go with plenty of wickets in that tournament. Another player who is becoming very popular among fantasy teams is Krishnappa Gowtham.
