In this entire SMAT 2022 season so far, HP captain Rishi Dhawan has gone wicketless only once and that too in a game where he bowled just a single over. He’s been great in the last year and more in the domestic circuit and if there’s a collapse, he can bat too, so he’s a good captain or vice-captain option for your HIM vs MUM fantasy team. Another probable all-round performer is Akash Vasisht who scored 43 and got a wicket in the semi final.
In this season so far, Mayank Dagar has 10 scalps in 6 games but what’s amazing is his economy rate of just 5.08 which is almost unheard of in T20 cricket. He’s a must have in your HIM vs MUM Dream11 team while if you look at the batters, there’s Ankush Bains at the top but we’d rather go with someone more experienced and that’s Prashant Chopra who has also had a short stint with Rajasthan Royals in the IPL.
Mumbai
First things first – pick Shreyas Iyer in your team today. In just five games this season, his scores have kept getting higher and higher and in the semi final, it looked at one stage that it was all too easy for this 27-year old Mumbai kid. We’d also recommend picking Yashasvi Jaiswal who only got 12 runs in the semi final but he’s proved to be someone who loves the big occasion and the important games, like this final here.
