Joe Root has been good too with his last 6 scores being 40, 43, 36, 84, 29*, 51.
Ben Stokes has had a poor run of form in recent months, having a poor IPL 2019 followed by not too many runs or wickets in the warm-ups. However, he scored a fantastic 89 and picked up 2/12 against South Africa. He has arrived at the right time and picking him as captain or vice-captain is an option. With the ball, pick Chris Woakes, who had 10 wickets in 4 ODIs against Pakistan, while Jofra Archer is going to be the secret weapon, especially after his 3-for on his World Cup debut.

Pakistan put up 340 in an ODI here against England but barely managed a 3-digit score here in their first game against Windies. Once again, the first two on your fantasy team sheet must be the in-form players Fakhar Zaman and Babar Azam. Azam had a rare failure in the last game but he will bounce back while Zaman himself has 479 runs in 11 games since arriving in England. Pick these two, while Haris Sohail could also be a good option, as he is often thrown the ball as well.
Mohammad Amir has had a poor return to international cricket in the last couple of years but his brilliant spell of bowling got him 3 wickets against Windies which means Shaheen Afridi may continue to sit out on the bench. Shoaib Malik is also expected to remain out of the team.
