All I can say is make Hashim Amla your fantasy team captain for this game. He had 4 innings with the Cobras and had a best score of just 16 in 4 innings. However, his last knock saw a run-a-ball 32 coming through and the fluency of that innings makes me believe there’s more to come from the veteran. Expect him to have a few big innings before the World Cup begins.
The experience of Rory Kleinveldt has had a huge role to play so far in this tournament, having returned with magical figures of 2/9 in the last game. He also has a swing with the bat so making him your captain or vice-captain isn’t the worst of ideas. Janneman Malan has three failures and a century so far. Back him to get another big score tonight.
Knights
Knights are still searching for their maiden win. Rudi Second and Andries Gous have both been in brilliant touch for the away side, right from the Momentum One Day tournament. They both come under the wicket-keeper section so you will only get one of them, but choosing your keeper from the Knights squad then becomes a must.
I’m making the big gamble of leaving out Ryan McLaren as he doesn’t fit my budget for this game, but instead, I’ve selected Patrick Kruger as an able young all-round replacement. Another interesting pick for your fantasy team is Shadley van Schalkwyk, who, prior to the last T20 he played, had 11 wickets in his previous 5 games for Knights.
