Dream11 has gone on to add a number of domestic leagues to their fantasy cricket line up since coronavirus cancelled quite a few international and some domestic tournaments as well. Here, we have the 2019/20 CSA Provisional One Day Cup which began all the way back in October last year, and we’re still in the cross pool stage of the competition.
We have Free State in action right now among one of 4 matches being played this Sunday. They have had a good season so far, topping the Pool A table with 5 wins in 8 games and they will be up against Northern Cape for this game, the latter topping Pool B with 7 wins in their 8 games. Keep reading for our complete MyFab11 (sign-up with code “READAD46“) fantasy preview of the FS vs NC game…

Numbers
- Head to head in last 4 completed games, Free State leads 4-0.
- Jacques Snyman – 365 runs in 4 games this tournament.
- Aubrey Swanepoel – 14 wickets in 7 games this tournament.
Free State
With 13 wickets in just 4 games in this tournament so far, Shadley Claude van Schalkwyk has been their leader with the ball and is handy with the bat when required too. However, one concern is that he represents the Knights in the List A domestic tournament and they have a game against Titans tomorrow. Wait for the toss and see the team combination before choosing Schalkwyk or anyone else.
The side is being captained by Patrick Botha and he has also been among the runs with 160+ runs in 6 games while also scoring a massive score of 191 in an FC game for Free State in November last year. With the ball, Nealan Van Heerden could be a good option. The 23-year old picked up good figures of 3/40 in his last List A game for Free State and he should be in your FS vs NC fantasy team for sure.
Northern Cape
Jacques Snyman has been their highest scorer by a long way this series but he’s got a clashing game for the Knights in the South Africa List A tournament, which means he won’t be available for this game, so I’ll skip him from my MyFab11 (sign-up with code “READAD46“) fantasy team today. With the ball, Aubrey Swanepoel is the leading wicket-taker for the team while he’s pretty decent with the bat as well.
Ernest Kemm and Garnett Tarr are set to open the batting while wicket-keeper batsman Clyde Fortuin will bat in the middle order for Northern Cape. With 19 wickets in his last 10 matches across formats, Beyers Swanepoel is a good pick for your fantasy side because he can hold his own with the bat as well, scoring 63 in an FC game for Northern Cape earlier this month itself.
