Canterbury Kings
Batting at the top of the order, Ken McClure has got 2 centuries and a fifty in three games in the NZ ODD tournament and got 40 in his last game in the Super Smash as well, so he’s one of the first players I’m picking in my CK vs PK-A fantasy team. His opening partner is Jack Boyle who is captaining the side. He doesn’t have the biggest scores in recent games but is sure to be a part of the playing eleven here.
If you want another batting pick, there’s Leo Carter who got famous recently for his 6 sixes in an over and of late, he’s managed to get some very consistent scores. They’re missing Matt Henry and Ed Nuttall and in the bowling department, let’s pick Sean Davey who isn’t a specialist bowler but he bowls in almost every game and only last month, he bagged 6/30 in a game against Wellington, so he shouldn’t be left out.
Pakistan A
It has been a very frustrating tour so far in New Zealand for Khushdil Shah who has got starts in almost every game but is yet to live up to his potential of being a big hitter. Because he won’t be in too many teams, he’s a good pick for your BatBall11 (Code “READ123“) WF vs PK-A fantasy team while Mohammad Hasnain hasn’t had the best time yet either, being expensive and having just 1 wicket in 2 games so far.

One of the most exciting talents coming out of the U-19 side is Haider Ali and while he only got 6 in the last game, he scored a fifty in the first T20 and is one of the first players to pick in today’s CK vs PK-A fantasy team. With scores of only 4 and 5 in these two games for Pakistan A, Hussain Talat hasn’t had the best time yet but he’s a worthy pick in the middle order while he bowls at times as well.
