We’re back to the daily schedule in the 2020/21 Super Smash, with games scheduled in the women’s as well as men’s tournaments on a daily basis. To begin with, we have Match 19 of the Women’s Super Smash T20 and we have two teams at the bottom of the table in action today. We’re looking at Central Districts Hinds who are virtually already knocked out of the competition with 6 losses in 6 games, yet to taste success here.
Along with them is Otago Sparks who are just one spot above them with 2 wins in 5 games but they have a game in hand and well, they at least know the feeling of winning matches. In recent games, Otago holds a clear advantage over the Hinds as well. Keep reading for our complete My11Circle (Get Rs.500 FREE*) fantasy preview of the CH-W vs OS-W game…

Numbers
- Head to head in last 4 completed games, Otago W leads 4-0.
- Last 11 completed games this season – 9 won batting second.
- Hannah Rowe – only 1 wicket in 16.5 overs bowled this season.
Central Hinds
One of the first picks in my fantasy team today has to be Jess Watkin because she’s someone who has been contributing in both departments in recent months and ere too, she’s their leading wicket-taker with 6 scalps in 6 games but will be wanting to improve her batting numbers. Hannah Rowe has also been someone contributing well but here has only 66 runs and 1 wicket in 6 games this season so far.
Now let’s talk about those who have actually been performing and Natalie Dodd certainly needs to be mentioned as she’s their leading run scorer in this tournament with 182 runs in 6 games. She’s got no fifties which shows how consistent she has been this season. With only 24 runs and 2 wickets in 6 games, Melissa Hansen won’t be a popular pick and that’s why we’re adding him to our CHW vs OSW fantasy team today.
Otago Sparks
The biggest problem for this team is that they haven’t been able to pick enough of wickets. However, the girl leading the pack for them is Emma Black and the 19-year old has 4 scalps in 5 games. She is closely followed by young leg-break bowler Sophie Oldershaw who doesn’t have much of experience but she’s a great talent and has managed 3 wickets in 4 games at a decent strike rate and economy rate so far.

Someone who is a must have in your My11Circle (Get Rs.500 FREE) CHW vs OSW fantasy team is Hayley Jensen since she bats and bowls in every game. With a tally of 2 wickets and 110 runs so far, she can be picked as your fantasy captain or vice-captain as well. With only 54 runs in 5 games, Katey Martin won’t be a popular pick but we’re adding her today as wicket-keeper since she had a century in her last ODD game before this tournament.
