Along with him, I want Elton Chigumbura in my side primarily because of all his international experience; he played a great knock of 70 in the last game.
Though he’s only 19 years old, Wesley Madhevere is someone to watch out for in the future. The all-rounder was fabulous with both bat and ball in the last game and me picking him as fantasy team captain gave dividends to everyone. Last month, he bagged a 4-fer and scored a fifty against England U-19 as well. With 59 runs and a wicket in 4 games so far, Tony Munyonga could be your potential winning pick.
Matabeleland Tuskers
Now captain of the national side as well, Sean Williams has been in prime form, currently the highest wicket-taker in the tournament and also the team’s second highest run scorer with 2 fifties in 4 games. Talking about runs and international experience, we also have Craig Ervine in the side who is easily one of the best batsmen in the country right now, with scores of 38* and 40 in 2 games this tournament. If you have to get a bowling pick, I’d go in for Christopher Mpofu because he’s been a part of the national set up since years, and has at least a wicket in every game so far.
