The Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA) organised and setup the Delhi Premier League T20 and the first edition of the league began on 17th Aug 2024. Both men’s and women’s tournaments were announced together, to be played simultaneously from the year of inception onwards, which was a great gesture towards equality in cricket in India. After that successful first edition, a bigger and better DPL 2025 season was announced.

The 8 franchise teams participating include South Delhi Superstarz, North Delhi Strikers, East Delhi Riders, Central Delhi Kings, West Delhi Lions, New Delhi Tigers, Outer Delhi Warriors, and Purani Dilli 6.
Many Team India and even Indian Premier League batters were a part of the action in DPL T20 2025, and some new talents came under the limelight as well. On this page, we’ll cover a complete Delhi Premier League centuries list, from the first season till date. The first DPL T20 century was scored by South Delhi Superstarz opener, Priyansh Arya, who scored 107(55)* in Match 15.
Arya had a super successful first season in this tournament, with 4 fifties and 2 centuries with a total of 600+ runs scored, topping the charts for the most runs scored in the season too. He is currently the only player with two DPL T20 centuries, while the highest individual DPL score was scored by Ayush Badoni – a record-breaking 165(55)!
Next up, Anuj Rawat and Sujal Singh scored centuries in a record-breaking opening stand of 241 runs for East Delhi, both of them remaining not out at the end of the innings. Next up, Ayush Badoni and Arya put up a 286-run partnership for the second wicket and they broke a record for T20 batting. In that match, Arya became the first to get to multiple entries in the DPL T20 centuries list, while Badoni went on to put up one of the highest scores in T20 history, smashing 165(55) against North Delhi Strikers.
