He’s coming to the end of his cricketing career so this West Indian legend is trying his hand out at other businesses as well. We’re talking about Dwayne ‘DJ’ Bravo who may be best known for his batting and bowling abilities but he’s also well known for his singing and dancing. Now, he’s also a fashion entrepreneur as he’s launched a new clothing line called ‘Djb47‘.
Recently signed as the brand ambassador of an online sports betting company 1xBet, Bravo is spreading his wings all over the place before he announces his retirement from all forms of the game. The launch of his fashion line is happening in partnership with Singapore-based three Big Dogs PTe at the CIO summit in Dubai, close to where he’s currently playing the 2021 Abu Dhabi T10 League.

The website and online store is already live and he’ll initially sell t-shirts, hoodies, bags, joggers, shoes and shorts for men, women and kids. As per reports, Djb47 will also add jewellery and other accessories to its list of products. He aims at selling 500,000 products annually across the globe and focuses on sustainability to help the fashion industry reduce its fashion footprint.
Murali Desingh has been appointed as India country head of Djb47, who has served as former managing director as Crocs India as well. They aim to launch their first physical store by early 2022 as well. “The fans can expect some new designs and we’ll be dropping the brand new edition of sir champion t-shirt as well,” Bravo said in a statement.
