Rated as one of the best television shows going on at the moment, people all around the world have been waiting eagerly for the release of Season 7 of ‘Game of Thrones‘, a show which depicts the fight for control over the mythical lands of Westeros, by nine noble families.
The fantasy drama television series is an adaptation of A Song of Ice and Fire, a series of fantasy novels by George R. R. Martin. The series first premiered in the United States on April 17, 2011 on HBO and had it’s sixth season end in April 2016.
Slowly, the show gained popularity in India and all over the world as well and since last year, fans have been waiting for Season 7 of Game of Thrones. The season began with the episode ‘Dragonstone‘, which aired on 16th July 2017.
This has been the most anticipated season of Game of Thrones, which is currently ranked as #4 on the list of top TV shows by IMBb (IMDb rating 9.4). The premiere of season 7 has already aired in the USA and will come out soon in other countries as well.
For those watching from India, the first episode ‘Dragonstone‘ will air on Star World and Star World HD at 11pm on 18th July 2017 but you can catch all the episodes on Hotstar.com as well – out 7:30am on 17th July. Hotstar charges a monthly fee but you can get a free trial for new users!
