A month ago, someone made the daring attempt of breaking into legendary rapper Eminem’s home, and was successful at doing so as well. Identified as 26-year-old Matthew David Hughes, the intruder was found in the rapper’s living room at around 4am and Eminem himself discovered him there.
While there wasn’t anything that appeared to be stolen or missing, it seems like the intruder just wanted some face-to-face time with Eminem, the rapper being adored by millions across the globe. The intruder is said to have broken in through the kitchen window with a stone, which set off a security alarm.
Eminem was supposedly sleeping at the time and didn’t wake up with the noise of the kitchen alarm but did later with the noise of the living room alarm, after which he discovered Hughes there and called for his security personnel. Hughes was arrested charged with first degree home invasion and malicious destruction of a building after invading Eminem’s Detroit home.
“Mom’s spaghetti” being a famous phrase in one of his earlier songs, Eminem gave back to Detroit and offered ‘Mom’s spaghetti’ for the frontline healthcare workers in the area recently. He also partnered with StockX to sell a pair of his Jordan 4 Retro Carhartts (shoes), the proceeds of which will go to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
While the story of the intruder hit news headlines much later, there’s not much more details we have on that incident yet but when we do, you will be the first to know, so come back to ReadScoops.com for more.
