Things are starting to get real nasty in court between former lovers and married couple Amber Heard and Johnny Depp, for the whole world to see as well. It’s getting intense now as yesterday, we saw Depp releasing videos of his ex wife cuddling with actor James Franco in an elevator, while accusing her of cheating on him with Franco, Elon Musk and others.
But one of the highlights from the courtroom from yesterday was when Heard was found to have been apparently ‘posing’ for the cameras when she was crying during a testimony. During the defamation case, it was very evident that Heard holds up to tissue to her nose like she’s crying but before she could do anything further, she took a quick gaze at the photographer, then posed in the same fashion like a mannequin for nearly 4-5 seconds, before going back to normal. It’s difficult to believe this wasn’t staged. See below:
5th May 2022 was a big day in the trial which is taking place at the Fairfax County Circuit Court in Fairfax, Virginia. The Aquaman actress spent her second day on the stand where she testified against Depp and listed down various activities and incidents of sexual assault, including once where he apparently assaulted her with a liquor bottle.

The testimony saw Heard sobbing at multiple occasions as she listed down various stories of physical and sexual abuse she faced over the years. It also included one story in their home in Australia where Depp placed her on the kitchen countertop and vaginally penetrated her with a bottle. “I didn’t know if the bottle he had inside me was broken. Please God, I hope it’s not broken,” she said.
It was a dramatic day in court but Heard’s stories were the highlight of the day, as she addressed the jury for around 6 hours. She told the court another story, which is in complete contradiction to the stories Depp narrated earlier during the case. “I remember him slamming my head against a kitchen appliance. He had me by the neck, squeezing my neck, and it got really nasty,” she said.
“Like, no one likes me. ‘Everyone warned me about you.’ I remember feeling really hurt. And then I shoved him hard to get him off me, and he shoved me back and he said, ‘You want to go, little girl?’ At some point, he had a broken bottle against my face/neck area, by my jawline, and he told me he’d carve up my face,” continued Heard.
