Every year, Salman Khan fans wait for Eid not because of the festive but because of his big Eid releases. In 2021 too, Salman Khan Films presented Radhe starring Salman and Disha Patani. Millions across the country have been waiting in anticipation since weeks now for this film which was set to release exclusively on OTT platform ZEE5 and ZEEPlex.
However, everyone’s excitement died down as soon as the movie released today, 13th May 2021. A total of 1.25 million accounts logged in at 12pm to get the first show of Radhe and the numbers only kept increasing. It was at 3+ million at 3pm which eventually led to a crash of the ZEE5 servers!
Social media went berserk as all of the excitement died down, leaving fans furious. If millions were on Zee5, a huge majority of them shifted to Twitter to talk about the crash, tagging the official handles of ZEE5 and ZEE5 Premium as well. In fact, the official handle was quick to get back as well, stating that they will be back soon, not giving any time though.

ZEE5 even rolled out a special offer for Radhe only, which allows you to get a annual subscription package on ZEE5 Premium for Rs.499/- only. Users faced issues of their packages not being activated and ZEE5 further asking for a Rs.249 rental in order to watch the film on their platform. This is a developing story.
