This weekend, the entire country will be busy binge watching The Family Man Season 2, starring Manoj Bajpayee and Samantha Akkineni. A couple of days back, we at Read Scoops gave you reasons why you should watch the second season, provided of course, you have watched the initial season as well. Today, we’re going to talk about the future of the show.
Much like any show, the questions always arise about whether there will be a sequel or another part coming up. Similarly, a lot of people want to know if The Family Man Season 3 is going to happen. While we haven’t got any official word or confirmation, it’s safe to say that there will definitely be a third season, with a different angle altogether now.
The Family Man Season 3
In the first couple of seasons, the focus was on a terrorist group with Mission Zulfiqar and Mission Zulfiqar 2.0. However, with all their main member (Moosa and Sajid) being wiped out, the angle will be changed in Season 3. Filmmaker duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK will change the focus from Sri Lanka to Chinese terrorist groups in the third season.

After the climax of The Family Man Season 2, they gave us a brief sneak peek into what one can expect in the third season, showing us a still from Nagaland, and a brief internet discussion. They showed a lot of Covid-19 stats at the end but as per reports, Manoj Bajpayee will not be fighting against the invisible virus but against Chinese terrorism, and the set will be based in northeast India, mostly Nagaland.
The internet chat showed that the Family Man Season 3 mission name is “Guan Yu” and we’re already super excited and can’t wait to see the action unfolding. Season 1 released in 2019 and Season 2 in 2021, so we suspect that the third season will not be out before the end of 2022. For all updates however, stay tuned to ReadScoops.com…
