Earlier this morning, the country woke up to news of a drug bust by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Mumbai. Among the several people detained were Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan. All day, he’s been under the scanner with a stringent investigation taking place, and his phone being seized as well.
The story mentioned that a raid took place on Cordelia The Empress cruiseliner where a number of people were involved in a rave party when the incident happened. The members included a number of high-profile celebrities and even though he was only taken in for ‘questioning’, we knew it was going to end badly for Aryan. Read about the story here.

The 23-year old’s WhatsApp chats have revealed that he regularly ordered drugs, and there was no turning back from there. A few minutes ago, reports came in that the superstar’s son has been arrested by the NCB, under sections 8C, 20B, 27 and 35 of the NDPS Act, mostly for the consumption of illegal drugs. The probe will resume and he could be charged for other cases as well.
The official arrest was made after Aryan’s medical examination was completed at JJ Hospital in Mumbai. As per further reports, Cordelia Cruises has claimed to in no way, directly or indirectly, be connected to this incident. Along with Aryan, his friends Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were also taken for medical examinations.
