WATCH: Ananya Panday Says ‘Undiscreet’ on KWK S7

The new-gen Bollywood kids aren’t known to be the smartest in the business, even though they’re super glamourous and may be brilliant actors and actresses too. The currently trending Koffee with Karan Season 7 is underway where we saw yet another guest on his couch mess up with their English, which has now gone viral on social media.

In Episode, we saw Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday grace the Koffee with Karan couch and the latter was pretty fun and humourous on the show. She spoke with a lot of maturity and audiences were surprised with her good rapport with Liger co-star Deverakonda. However, there’s one place where she slipped up really bad with her English.

Ananya Panday says ‘Undiscreet’

When talking about her love life and relationships, Ananya mentioned that she’s a complete open book, which is the opposite of what Deverakonda is. However, she used the word ‘undiscreet‘ to describe herself. And just as host Karan Johar decided to cut her and ask if that’s even a word, she made matters worse for herself.

Upon hearing Karan’s question, she asked if it’s ‘non-discreet‘ instead, and her Liger co-star was quick to help her out and tell her that it’s actually indiscreet. While it was a funny moment and she got a lot of flak on social media for it, we must admit that the lady dressed in yellow was quick to pass the moment on, by saying ‘it is a word now’ and more or less accepting and covering up her mistake in no time at all.

The conversation came up when Karan was initially talking about Vijay’s love life and relationships. The actor refused to give out a single detail on his relationship status, citing that he wouldn’t want to hurt any of his fans and those who love him. However, Ananya was quick to say that she’s not the same and she’s very undiscreet when it comes to these things. See the video here:

The moment reminded us immediately of a few years ago when Alia Bhatt didn’t know who the top leaders in the country were. When asked ‘Who is the President of India’, Alia screamed out Prithviraj Chavan and she was trolled on social media for months to come after that. Similarly, Ananya is also being trolled right now, with one of the comments on social media being, “That’s why you need an education.”

Earlier in this season itself, we saw Akshay Kumar appear with Samantha Prabhu in Episode 3 and Akshay was also the butt of a few jokes when he said ‘fillers’ instead of filters. Either way, it’s turning out to be a pretty fun season for viewers as Karan has decided to keep it a little light and less controversial so far this season.
